The fee for each transaction is 2 percent and is deducted from the amount of transferred currency after the successful payment of an invoice by the customer. If the calculated fee value for an invoice exceeds 0.5 USD, the fee will be 0.5 USD. In simple terms, the maximum fee received is 0.5 dollars.
The crypto transfer fee for charging the wallet introduced in the invoice page must be paid by the customer, and the invoice approval criterion is the complete transfer of the calculated currency for the invoice. If the customer mistakenly transfers more currency to the wallet introduced for the invoice, the currency difference is calculated and returned to the customer′s wallet after deducting the fee. Extra currency return service can be done if the transferred difference is more than the network fee.
The minimum amount that can be paid by the personal payment page, the purchase key, the sale of goods or the payment gateway of the site, according to the currency selected for payment, is equivalent to 0.5 usd.
There is no limit in using services and users of any age and field of activity can create a payment page or sell goods. After each purchase, customers are surveyed about the seller′s behavior and if the customers are repeatedly dissatisfied with the performance of a seller, the support team will have to block the seller′s account.
noborder.company is not responsible for the services provided by the seller, and customers are requested to be responsible and make the necessary arrangements with the seller before paying the invoice. In special cases and if a customer proves the abuse of a seller by sending authentic documents, in addition to blocking the seller account, the transferred currency will be returned to the customer′s wallet after deducting the network fee.
The seller is expected to use an active and valid email to create an account so that they can respond in case of correspondence from the customer or the support team. If no response is received from the portal owner after 3 days of sending a follow-up email, his account will be blocked to resolve the dispute or doubt.
In case of proof of fraud or abuse of a user, his/her account will be disabled and providing reasons such as a lack of familiarity with concepts related to activities will not be acceptable.
Multi-account (activity or use of services by several accounts with a common IP or Internet line) is not allowed and if a user proves multi-account, all his/her accounts will be banned.
The support team reserves the right to temporarily disable user accounts suspected of fraud or abuse. If a user account is suspected of fraud, it will be deactivated without prior notice to deal with the suspicion. If the account owner follows up and provides reasonable and acceptable explanations, the account will be reactivated, otherwise the account will be permanently banned.
